Welcome to Solo Alpine Treks. By using our website or booking any trekking, tour, climbing, or adventure package with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed after we receive the required deposit or full payment along with the necessary personal information. The remaining balance must be paid before the trip begins unless otherwise agreed.

Prices and Payments

All prices are subject to change before booking confirmation due to changes in government taxes, permit fees, transportation costs, or exchange rates. Any bank or payment processing charges are the responsibility of the client.

Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for obtaining a valid passport, Nepal entry visa, and any other required travel documents. Passports should be valid for at least six months beyond the travel date.

Permits

Solo Alpine Treks will arrange the necessary trekking and climbing permits. Clients must provide accurate personal information and required documents on time.

Health and Insurance

Adventure travel involves physical activity and high-altitude environments. Clients should be in good health and are strongly advised to have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.

Itinerary Changes

Mountain conditions can change unexpectedly. Solo Alpine Treks reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, flight delays, road conditions, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control. Your safety will always be our highest priority.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Any applicable refund will be calculated after deducting non-refundable permits, accommodation, transportation, and other expenses already incurred.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to follow the instructions of guides, respect local culture and laws, protect the environment, and behave responsibly throughout the trip. Unsafe or illegal behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.

Privacy

Personal information collected during booking is used only for travel arrangements, permit processing, and customer support. We respect your privacy and do not share your information with unauthorized third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal. By booking a trip with Solo Alpine Treks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
