Overview

Pisang Peak Climbing is an unforgettable Himalayan adventure that blends the scenic beauty of the Annapurna Circuit with the thrill of climbing a 6,000-meter Himalayan peak. Beginning in Kathmandu, the journey travels to Besisahar before driving into the Marsyangdi Valley, where the trek gradually ascends through picturesque villages including Chame and Pisang.

The route allows proper acclimatization while introducing trekkers to the rich culture of the Gurung, Manangi, and Tibetan-influenced communities. Prayer wheels, chortens, colorful monasteries, and traditional stone houses add cultural richness to every stage of the journey.

After arriving in Upper Pisang, climbers leave the main trekking trail and head toward Pisang Base Camp (4,380 m) and High Camp (5,400 m). Professional climbing guides provide training on the use of mountaineering equipment, including crampons, harnesses, ice axes, ropes, and safety techniques before the summit attempt.
