Itinerary
Welcome to Nepal! Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, our representative will meet you and transfer you to the hotel. You will receive a trip briefing and have time to rest or explore the vibrant streets of Kathmandu. Overnight stay at a hotel in Kathmandu.
After breakfast, we begin our scenic drive from Kathmandu to Jagat via Charikot and Shigati. The journey passes through beautiful countryside landscapes, terraced hills, rivers, and traditional villages. From Shigati, we continue along the mountain road toward Jagat, the starting point of the Rolwaling trek. Overnight stay at a local lodge.
Today, we begin our trek through the beautiful Rolwaling Valley. The trail passes through lush forests, terraced fields, and traditional villages while crossing suspension bridges and ascending gradually toward Simigaon, a charming Sherpa village with stunning mountain views.
The trail climbs gradually through dense rhododendron and pine forests, offering beautiful views of the surrounding valleys and mountains. We continue toward Kyalche, a peaceful alpine settlement in the Rolwaling region, enjoying the remote Himalayan atmosphere.
Today’s trek takes us deeper into the remote Rolwaling Valley. The trail follows the Rolwaling River through beautiful forests, rocky landscapes, and traditional Sherpa settlements. We reach Beding, the largest Sherpa village in the valley, surrounded by magnificent Himalayan peaks.
Today is reserved for acclimatization and exploration around Beding. We take a short hike to nearby viewpoints, visit local monasteries, and experience the unique Sherpa culture while allowing our bodies to adjust to the increasing altitude.
We continue our journey deeper into the upper Rolwaling Valley toward Na Village, a beautiful high-altitude Sherpa settlement. The trail follows the Rolwaling River with spectacular views of surrounding peaks, glaciers, and alpine landscapes. Na is an ideal place for acclimatization before heading toward the higher mountain terrain.
Today we take an acclimatization hike from Na Village toward the stunning Tsho Rolpa Lake viewpoint. The hike offers breathtaking views of glaciers, high mountains, and the remote beauty of the Rolwaling Valley. We return to Na Village and rest for the upcoming high-altitude sections.
Today, we hike to the spectacular Tsho Rolpa Lake (4,580m), one of Nepal’s largest glacial lakes. The trail offers incredible views of glaciers, snow-covered peaks, and the dramatic landscapes of the Rolwaling Valley. After exploring the lake area, we return to Na Village for overnight rest.
Today we leave Na Village and enter the high alpine wilderness toward Tashi Lapcha Base Camp area. The trail crosses rocky terrain and glacier sections while passing the impressive Trakarding Glacier. We gradually ascend to Tashi Lapcha Pedi/High Camp, preparing for the challenging pass crossing ahead.
Today is dedicated to acclimatization and final preparation for crossing Tashi Lapcha Pass and climbing Pharchermo Peak. The team checks climbing equipment, practices rope techniques, and prepares for the high-altitude challenges ahead while enjoying the spectacular Himalayan surroundings.
Today is one of the most challenging and rewarding days of the expedition as we cross the spectacular Tashi Lapcha Pass (5,755m). The route involves glacier walking, rocky sections, and steep ascents before reaching the top of the pass with breathtaking Himalayan views. We then descend toward Thyangbo/Thame, entering the Khumbu region.
Today we trek from Thame to Namche Bazaar, following scenic trails through traditional Sherpa villages and beautiful Himalayan landscapes. The route offers views of surrounding peaks and gradually descends to the vibrant mountain town of Namche Bazaar, the gateway to the Everest region.
Today we descend from Namche Bazaar to Lukla, following the Dudh Koshi River through forests, suspension bridges, and traditional Sherpa villages. This final trekking day completes our journey through the Everest region as we reach Lukla, the gateway to the Himalayas.
After breakfast, we take a scenic mountain flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. Enjoy breathtaking aerial views of the Himalayan ranges, hills, and valleys. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to the hotel and relax after completing the Rolwaling Tashi Lapcha Pass and Pharchermo Peak adventure.
For climbers choosing the Pharchermo Peak (6,187m) extension, additional days are added for peak preparation, high camp setup, and summit climbing. The expedition includes glacier training, rope practice, ascent to high camp, and a summit attempt with spectacular Himalayan views before returning to the main route.
